By accessing or using the DEVision Job Manager platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.2. Educational Purpose
This Platform is a student project developed by Team Saint Giong (SGJM) at RMIT University. It is designed solely for:- Academic demonstration
- Learning software development practices

Users are responsible for:- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- All activities that occur under their account

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall not:- Upload malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to system components

- Misrepresent the Platform as a real job recruitment service

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Team SGJM and are protected under applicable academic policies.5.2 User Content
Any content uploaded by users for demonstration purposes remains the property of the respective users.6. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, authentication providers) for demonstration purposes. These integrations are:- Used in sandbox/test mode only
- Not processing real transactions
- Subject to the respective third-party terms of service
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. As an educational project:- We do not guarantee continuous availability
- Features may change without notice
- Data may be reset periodically
8. Limitation of Liability
Team SGJM, RMIT University, and associated individuals shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Platform, including but not limited to:- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Any reliance on Platform functionality
9. Data Handling
All data entered into the Platform is for demonstration purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on data handling practices.10. Modifications
These Terms may be modified at any time as part of the ongoing development process. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.11. Academic Integrity
